Hey there, I’m Diane (aka Punky Riot).
I’m a little woo, a bit punk rock, and a whole lot of I don’t give a fuck.
I have a strange sense of humor, or I’m not funny at all if you ask my husband. I can be reserved at times, usually because I’m assessing the situation. I’m a mom of 4 adult children, but was called mom by many more. I played roller derby (hence the name Punky Riot) and am not a fan of “normal” sports. I’ve always had a hard time ‘fitting in’ so I chose not to.
My parents divorced when I was a toddler, which started my abandonment and anxiety issues.
I’ve always felt like I didn’t belong here, on earth, and spent many nights crying to the stars that I wanted to home. ET phone home?
I’ve survived physical and mental abuse, was depressed most of my life, cheated on too many times, and attempted suicide more times than I can count.
I’ve been in couple of bad accidents, had cars repossessed, a house in foreclosure multiple times, been broke and my credit sucked.
I’ve had medical issues and currently have a cardiac condition from a suicide attempt 30 years ago (eventually it catches up with you).
I had a boyfriend murdered while I was on the phone with him, after having dreamt the night before that he died. A year later, a close friend was killed by a train after I asked him to stay home and not do anything stupid (he didn’t listen).
Did I forget to mention that I’m also a Medium (I hear dead people)?
After 20+ years of being with an addict, I decided we couldn’t live that way anymore, so I took the kids and moved out while he was at work. A year later, in the middle of our divorce, he died from an overdose.
As you can see, I’ve been through it all, sometimes twice, and I have definitely earned my street cred.
I’m sure I’ve left a few things out, like the mall shooting, but I’m sure you’ll learn all about me as I share my stories to help other women see that there is a light at the end of tunnel…. You just need to take the first step.

I started BITCH Goddess because I want to be the person I wish I had.
I've lived through more than my share of chaos—abuse, depression, betrayal, addiction, loss, financial struggles, accidents, and grief. I've experienced things I never thought I would survive, including losing people I loved in unimaginable ways. For much of my life, I felt like I didn't belong, like I wasn't good enough, and like I was somehow the only woman struggling to hold it all together. And that loneliness can be its own kind of pain.
But somewhere along the way, I began to realize something: I wasn't alone.
There were other women carrying their own stories, their own scars, their own versions of chaos. And when we share those stories, something happens. We recognize ourselves in each other. We feel understood. We realize that the things we thought made us broken, strange, or unworthy don't make us less—they make us human.
I know what it's like to desperately wish someone would sit beside me and say, "I understand. I've been there. You aren't alone. And there is a way through this." I didn't always have that person. So I decided to become her.
BITCH Goddess was born from that decision.
This is a place where women can tell the truth about what they've lived through, learn from one another, find support and connection, and discover that their past doesn't have to dictate their future. Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can give another woman isn't advice—it's hope.
My journey taught me that I don't have to control everything that happens to me. I can meet life as it comes, find the lesson, find the strength, and—when necessary—throw some glitter on that shit and call it a day.
Because there will be a new day tomorrow.
If sharing my story helps even one woman feel less alone, find hope, make a different choice, or realize that she can survive what she's going through, then every chapter was worth it.
That's why BITCH Goddess exists.
Not because I have all the answers.
Because I've been there.
And I'm reaching back to say:
You are not alone.
Your story isn't over.
There is hope.
And it's time to remember who you are.
Do you have a story to share? Are you're looking for support?
Maybe you're curious about coaching, the community, the podcast, retreats, or what's coming next.
Or maybe you don't even know exactly what you're looking for yet.
That's okay.
You don't have to have the words perfectly figured out. Just start the conversation.
Fill out the form below and tell us a little about what's on your mind. Whether you're reaching out from a place of curiosity, courage, or simply because something inside you says it's time—we're listening.
